By booking and using Neutral Space, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to keep the studio safe, functional, and fair for all users.

Use of the Studio
Neutral Space is intended for instructors teaching private clients and for trained practitioners who can use Pilates apparatus safely and work independently.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have the appropriate training to use the equipment and that you will work within your training scope at all times.
You use the studio and equipment at your own discretion.

Bookings and Session Timing
All bookings are for one-hour private sessions with exclusive use of the studio.
Sessions are available daily by appointment between 08:00 and 22:00. You may book any available start time shown in the booking calendar, including at half-hour intervals.
All sessions must end and the studio must be vacated by 22:00. Please allow sufficient time within your booking to reset the studio before exiting.

Access
Access details will be provided before your session. Entry is permitted only during your booked time.
Please do not enter early or remain in the studio after your session ends.

Guests and Clients
You may bring one client or guest to your session.
You are responsible for your guest’s safety, all equipment setup and adjustments, and ensuring they follow studio guidelines.

Care of Equipment and Space
Please use the equipment with care and return the studio to its baseline setup before leaving.
This includes wiping down touchpoints, returning props to their places, resetting springs, and removing all personal belongings.
If anything appears unusual or not working properly when you arrive, you must inform us via WhatsApp before starting your session. If we do not hear from you at the start of the session, the equipment is assumed to be in good working condition upon arrival.

Damage and Liability
If equipment or studio items are damaged or missing due to misuse, repair or replacement costs may be charged.
Neutral Space is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage incurred during use of the studio. Users use the studio at their own discretion.

Monthly Unlimited Pass / Monthly Unlimited Lite Pass
From time to time, Neutral Space may offer monthly access passes, trial passes, unlimited passes, or other promotional packages. Pricing, access rules, booking limits, and package structure may change from time to time.
Neutral Space offers two tiers of monthly pass: the Monthly Unlimited Pass, which allows the named pass holder to book up to 2 hours of studio access per day, and the Monthly Unlimited Lite Pass, which allows the named pass holder to book up to 1 hour of studio access per day (together, the "Monthly Passes"). Both tiers are valid for one calendar month beginning from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, and both are subject to booking availability, studio operating hours, user eligibility, and the studio's confirmed operating period. Neither pass guarantees access to any specific date, time, or slot. A pass holder may hold only one Monthly Pass at any given time; daily access allowances under the two tiers cannot be combined, stacked, or held concurrently.
Each Monthly Pass is strictly for the named pass holder only. It may not be shared, transferred, resold, assigned, or used by another person. Any booking made under a Monthly Pass must be attended by the named pass holder.
Users may only book within the daily access limit of their pass tier. Any bookings made beyond the permitted daily limit, or bookings that Neutral Space reasonably considers inconsistent with the pass rules, may be cancelled by Neutral Space without refund, replacement, extension, credit, or compensation.
To keep booking access fair for all users, pass holders must only book sessions they genuinely intend to attend. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows, speculative bookings, slot-hoarding, or any other behaviour that Neutral Space reasonably considers to be abuse of the booking system may result in booking restrictions, cancellation of future bookings, suspension of pass access, or refusal of future purchases.
A no-show refers to a booking where the user does not attend the booked session and does not cancel or reschedule within the permitted cancellation window. For pass holders, a no-show will be treated as a valid used booking for that day. The user will not be allowed to shift, replace, or rebook the missed session on the same day.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking time. Changes made within 24 hours are treated as late changes. For pass holders, late cancellations and no-shows may count towards the user's daily booking allowance and may be subject to further booking restrictions if repeated.
All passes and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended, rolled over, frozen, exchanged, or converted into cash, credit, or other packages. This applies equally to the Monthly Unlimited Pass and the Monthly Unlimited Lite Pass.
The purchase of a Monthly Pass does not guarantee that the same pass, price, access rules, or renewal terms will be available in future. Neutral Space reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any trial pass, unlimited pass, monthly pass, or promotional package for future purchases.
Unless otherwise stated, each Monthly Pass operates on a recurring basis and will automatically renew on a monthly basis from the date of purchase, at the tier's prevailing rate, until the pass holder cancels the recurring subscription. A pass holder may switch tiers (e.g. from Lite to Unlimited, or vice versa) only by cancelling the current recurring subscription and purchasing the other tier separately; a tier switch does not carry over any unused portion of the current billing cycle. Cancellation must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month; no partial-month refund will be given for the period already billed. Neutral Space reserves the right to change the pricing of either tier of recurring pass with reasonable prior notice, and continued use of the pass after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

Cancellations and Changes
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking time.
Changes made within 24 hours are chargeable.

Recording
You may record your session or a private client session for personal or client use.
Commercial filming or shoots require prior arrangement.

Right to Refuse Use
Neutral Space reserves the right to refuse future bookings if these terms are repeatedly breached or if studio use compromises safety or the experience of others.
