Who can book the studio?
Neutral Space is intended for instructors teaching private clients, as well as trained practitioners who can use Pilates apparatus safely and work independently.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are familiar with the equipment and will work within your training scope.

Do I need to be approved before booking?
No. Neutral Space operates on professional trust and does not require pre-approval. By booking, you confirm that you have the appropriate training to use the equipment safely.

Can I bring a client or guest?
Yes. You may bring one client or guest.
You are responsible for all equipment setup and adjustments, as well as your guest’s safety and use of the studio.

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the online booking calendar.
Select a session or package, complete checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with access details before your session.

What are the session timings?
Sessions are available daily by appointment between 08:00 and 22:00. You may book any available start time shown in the booking calendar, including at half-hour intervals. Each booking is a one-hour session. For example, a session booked at 08:30 runs from 08:30 to 09:30. All sessions must end and the studio must be vacated by 22:00.

How do I access the studio?
An access code and entry instructions will be sent to you before your session.
The code allows entry only during your booked time.

What should I wear?
Grip socks are required when using the equipment.
Shoes should be removed at the foyer.

Can I record my practice or a client session?
You may film your session or a client session for personal or client use.
Commercial filming or shoots require prior arrangement.

What should I do if something seems off when I arrive?
If anything appears unusual or not working properly when you arrive, please contact us via WhatsApp before starting your session.
If we do not hear from you at the start of the session, equipment is assumed to be in good working condition upon arrival.

How should I leave the studio after my session?
Please wipe down touchpoints, return props to their places, reset springs to baseline, and take all personal belongings with you before exiting.
This helps keep the studio ready for the next user.

What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking time.
Changes made within 24 hours are chargeable.

What happens if something is damaged?
If equipment is damaged or items are missing due to misuse, replacement or repair charges may apply.
Users use the studio at their own discretion and are responsible for appropriate use of the equipment.
